After studying the rule book I decided to nix any future tech problems concerning a cold air kit by just using the factory air box and associated duct work. Just not sure the aftermarket plumbing would pass scrutiny.

Spent the afternoon trying to figure out the mass of wiring in the engine bay...what a wad. Got the brakes bled...going to try to finish the wiring under the console tm and get out of the interior for good. I'm just hoping when I put a battery back in it the top will go back up lol.

You can get rid of the air box and hose and use a K&N cone filter.

Hey Rich those rockers are done by Comp, that is what I use on my motors had some issues with the broaching in the adjuster the allen wrench part and Ford sent me a new set. Have used other rockers but these are the best I have used, not a lot of manufactures make pedestal rockers that are adjustable. I paid 209 for my last sets I bought. Have you or anybody heard of people getting hassled on there intake tubes. most cold air kits draw air from the same place as the stock air box, from inside the right front fender. You can lose about 12lbs on your steering wheel for very little money by a grant steering wheel and adapter kit, I think I was only into mine about $60. Love the thread.
