It is a bright sunny day here in Pomona although a little cool. It is 55 now going up to 65 later in the day. It is supposed to warm up the rest of the week into the 70s and sunny all week.
It is 10:10 and it looks like the parking has begun!! More later!! We are #98 so it will be a while yet! |

Here are a few pictures from yesterday "on the road to Pomona"!
 I think these may have been Joshua trees. They are not very pretty trees!   We couldn't figure out what the shiny things were in the background! Maybe some sort of solar panels??

Yes, they are Joshua trees, from the Yucca family, and only grow in the Mohave Desert..in that little tri- state corner of the world.
