I'm not familiar with what's available on the market, but I will say that you'll want a wide band O2 and a heated one at that. You'll also want to avoid any exhaust leaks before the O2. A secure ground for the header will also be required. Too close to the engine and it'll burn up, too close to the end of the collector and it'll read O2 between pulses.

Monty,
So are you saying it's impossible your too lean? Have you made adjustments to richen it up?

I am currently installing the FAST wide-band (and heated) dual O2 sensor. All I can say is it is one nice package using quality parts and wiring.

Is the NGK deal heated? Does the bung install in the collector?

Joe,
The NGK has dual heaters, and the bung installs in one of the collectors.

What I'm wondering is how it runs when you tune it to 12.7:1 or thereabouts?

Check for an air leak (header gasket, etc.) ahead of the O2 sensor. This will definately give you a false (lean) reading.
