Ok sounds like fun.
AFX style hood on the 65 289 comet?? 459 intake on 283's Enforce rules we have. But, consider some changes. 1) All Auto's in SS and S have to shift manually. The stick driver do. 2) Do not allow elec shift in Stock FI cars. None of them are racing the 4-speed autos so you are not granted the elec shift. 3) Mandatory seat pressure (Example) max on all SB Flat tappet lifter, ex 110pds on seat, 125pds an SB HYD rollers. 125 on BB Flat tappet lifters etc. 4) 4 years on the seat belts not 2. 5) Remove the Roll Cage rule so some SS Crate Engine Classes that by there ET don't require a cage. (Michael Beard Rule) These are just some Idea's I know nothing will be considered. Does anyone have a breakdown of what is paid for a divisional win or national? W/RU/Semi etc? |

I liked running off national records myself, but it got to where we weren't have enough cars show up. Slow guys quit coming, they went bracket racing. So we now have these *extremely* soft indexes a street car could run under. Just bracket racing now, unless you have a heads up.
