I really wanted the bars running through the dash. They didn't fall exactly where I wanted but close enough.
After spending some time looking the cage over there are definitely some things i'm not happy about..... My final assessment, he could've have built a super nice cage but due to rushing built a decent cage. Hopefully get it painted this weekend. [IMG] ![]() |

I am going to ask a very dumb question ....maybe but removing the middle of the cross member... is that allowed in stock? I thought it was just Super Stock

Been legal in Stock for 3 or 4 years now. I believe under oil pan it reads... Cross member may be altered for oil pan removal but all removed material must be boxed, or replaced with permanent or removable material. One thing about my build is I set out to take advantage of every new rule! I've got some flack about the front bars. That's only a year or two, under firewall. |

Progress has been slow but I did manage to get the cage painted this weekend.
