Did a touch of grinding on the subframe today and got some color on it.

That looks great! I suppose that stuff would'nt stick to my rusty junk...rusted into is lighter tho, right?

Everything looks great , makes me wonder what I did over Thanksgiving break!!! You have a big space to work in , Keep the progress coming in the those photos... Been giving me an Idea or even two... LOL

Rusty is perfect, weathered light. I can make a rusty frame look like a perfect lacquer job with durability.
