I admire any racer that tries to take an "odd ball" combo and tries to make it competitive. The problem I see here is finding a suitable body to compete with not a total rust bucket and then trying to find engine components with a vehicle manufacturer that has been out of existence for many years- it makes it very difficult unless you presently have a car and a stash of parts--- go get him but I think you are fighting a major uphill battle from the beginning

I like oddball cars too. I love the diversity of Stock Eliminator. And they don't necessarily have to be from extinct manufacturers. I'm still chuckling about the '91-'92 Ford E-150 cargo and passenger vans listed in the classification guide with three different engines. What a hilarious O/SA car that would make.
