We use the same Harbor Freight chargers on our conventional batteries. Optima charger on the Optima batteries at Track.
Back at the shop with more time = Optima's on all of them. BUT the Optimas are expensive/Hard to Find anymore AND rather Fragile!

I've been using a Schumacher Ship-N-Shore Model XCS-15 I bought at Bass Pro-Shops. It charges Standard, AGM and Gel batteries at 3 or 15 amps, and gives you a "% of charge" as well as voltage.
The only downside is that if your Optima is heavily discharged, the Auto-Voltage feature doesn't know it's a 12-volt battery, and will only charge SIX VOLTS. You need to hook up another good 12 volt battery to get the charger to work properly. That shouldn't be an issue with between rounds top-offs. Good Luck!

I forgot about this one. Luke Siebert uses one on his camaro and nova.
https://cloreautomotive.com/product/pl2320/ It has a 20a charge, which is higher than most, and the company is out of Lenexa, KS. It is $79 on amazon prime right now. -- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I just ordered one as we have been using my dad's stand-up NAPA charger, but it is a big machine, and Im getting tired of moving it around/loading/unloading.
