Clearly a very troubled soul.
It's always interesting to learn "the rest of the story" as to his motive and mental state.
The only positive thing one can take from this senseless act is that unlike Timothy McVeigh (168 dead, 680+ injured) the bomber wanted to only destroy property and himself.
