I don't believe that is the best that we can get for a minute Eddie.
What eventually must happen is going to be a switch back to in-person, verifiable voting with paper ballots.

Billy, How do military that are stationed overseas vote. I not only voted via absentee ballot during my 24 years service but continued to do so all but one time since, no problem here. Found it this time to be convenient and safe considering four members of my family contacted and were treated for COVID.

Absentee voting for military or the legitimately infirmed is different to what went on this election.
Just because there was no conviction doesn't mean it didn't happen.
There was no real investigation either.
Anyone that can go to Walmart or Home Depot should have been able to vote in person.
The manner in which it was done was ripe for fraud, and left many with doubts to it's legitimacy.
Not good for elections going forward if people feel it's not honest or that their vote doesn't count.
I think there should have been an investigation into the accusations, just if nothing else to make sure it was an honest election and if there were problems to make sure they don't reoccur in the future.
I'm not going to whine about it, (yes I am) it is done.

Billy, what about all the people like someone's mother or fathers in wheelchairs, in nursing homes, rehab centers...People that just flat down can't get out or have any means to do so, for one legitimate reason or another. They don't get to vote? And if somehow it is ok? why just them. Why can't we make it safe for anybody.

Well Jeff, they (supposedly) tried to make it safe for everybody and look at what happened! Certain people (I can't say what I really think) in authority were able to corrupt the entire process.

The postal service can move over a billion pieces of mail over the Christmas holidays, 260 million ballots would be no problem. The ballot I sent in was bar coded and I signed it. I feel totally comfortable that my vote was counted.

Well I'm sorry to hear about your family members but don't think that you're alone.
If the masses can go to the food stores and Walmart in person then they can vote in person. If they choose not to well, that's up to them.

Now let me tell you about my own personal voting story, I went to my local polling place, I had my ID checked (remember that), I was instructed on how to use the "new machine"( I saw nothing wrong with the old ones), I completed my ballot and it spit out a coded piece of paper that I was instructed to feed into the slot on the machine, I got a receipt for my ballot. Easy enough, done. The receipt was a jumble of numbers and an icon that meant nothing to me.
2 weeks later, I personally contacted the state out of curiosity and spoke to a lady just to see the status of my vote. I was told that there was no way of determining that status. After going around for a few minutes, she checked the voting records for my county and my name and I was told that I didn't vote! I said that I had my receipt! That doesn't mean anything. I contacted my Congressman and told him the situation. He explained to me that THAT is one of the reasons that he would be contesting the Pennsylvania vote in Congress.
How did THAT work out for me?

That is pure corruption and it is rampant through out our election process, Pervert Joe (Never Will Be My President} stole the election plain and simple.
