Live from Orlando Div 2 race

Well yesterday ended ok for me but what a day. Our first time run I make a bad guess and I'm way slow 11.11. I go back up for the second (and finial) time run before eliminations and I did something I've never done I get timed out (Damn). Not only did I screw up my last chance to get dialed but I screwed up my opponents last chance (which his crew thanked me for). So after finding and apologizing to the drive for my screw up he was very understanding. I have to get that out of my head and figure out what to do for the 1st round. Well I ended up making a winning run thank goodness so maybe now I can focus on the rest of eliminations.

Well it didn't end as I'd hoped but a least a good friend is going to the next round. Rudy Mathews and my self where paired up for the 3rd round and after surviving a tuff 2nd round with Les Harris I was heeling pretty confident I could make it a good race WRONG. Rudy showed me why he's a many time JEGS Allstars champ putting an 009 light on me and driving the stripe for the win so now will be cheer leading there down to 6 cars. Right now there's a line of thunder storms heading this way and it should be clear after that.

The first race of the 2021 season is in the books and I'm so glad to be back to doing what we love. It was good to see our racing family and friends and we're looking forward to seeing everyone at SGMP in two weeks. Congrats to the winners and runner ups in S/St Alden Rollins over Colby Fuller, SG John Labbous Jr over Jim Perry, SC Robert Houston over Ray Miller III. congratulations. Now it's back to my other addiction Bass fishing see you at the track.
