Isn't the state interested in the legal stay of citizens of other countries on its territory? Our famous Maricopa County sheriff Joe Arpio years back enforced the laws on the books but Obama took him to court and claimed racial profilling and had to stop applying the law. Az states hands became tied at that point. So now a crime has to be committed in order to make an arrest.

Randy, he's what you and I would call an intellectual. He probably has some kind of a useless degree from a liberal arts university that took his parents money, brainwashed him by teaching him some kind of "non-realistic" reality and told him that he's now smart.
