Did you ever attend school? CTR has only been taught in Law School and was developed and taught at Harvard. A place of critical thinking, something it has become quite obvious you know nothing about.

There isn't a Communist Country on this planet that gives any part of their work force the Right to Collective Bargaining but if you know of any please enlighten us!
