How about a 396 325 combo ? Out west ‘ Diamond ‘ Jim Meador has a D/sa Camaro that runs very strong ….

Yes I like 396s a lot and have about 3 blocks or so, but for some reason I have small block on the brain for this project, so far anyway.

Just found a 327 block so will see here shortly what one is getting the go.

I was looking for aftermarket cranks allowed for the 327 but I didn’t see any on the info site ?

The Callies approved crankshaft is probably one of the best crankshafts for the SBC. Speedway Motors sells it at a lower price through Ebay.
