Starting on a new block for Dumbo. I have to check bunch of stuff, remove sharp edges, and remove all of those little shavings. Went to order a new stud for oil pickup mounting 14 to 15 weeks out if I’m lucky. I know I have a few hidden in some bar stock, I just have to find them.

Showing my age. I was asking a few vendors if they had any aluminum Gen 3 Hemi blocks, for a racer in need. The representative said he never knew that MOPAR made a Gen 3 Hemi aluminum block, but he will check and get back with me.

Got interviewed today about the race but I don’t think it was for local television.

Larry, you probably already know this but I will say it anyway. My aluminum block came from Arrow Racing Engines. I don't think it's called that now since Lee Carducci retired and they may have gotten rid of all of their blocks. Just a thought.. Wanted to pass it on.... Phone number I have (248) 852-5151......
