They will not recert if any modifications. If you can even get them to answer the phone and or respond. I had a few that I needed to get recerts and they would not do it. Therefore, I ordered a new one. I ordered it and paid for it March of 2023. Never received it. Kept hearing... next week, next week, next week. As of last August they have not picked up the phone or returned my calls. I have not been able to find an email to contact, which is probably by design. Tried for a refund from Credit card company and Capital One claims it has been too long. Now out the $ and no shield. Horrible company!!
Has anyone had any recent communication with them?

I have heard plenty of similar horror stories, unfortunately. I did speak with Rick at A&A Transmissions. He is in the middle of an effort to have similar molded carbon fiber shields fabricated to try and fill the void that CSR has created. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any other trans shield that will work for us MOPAR guys without modifications to the shield and/or windage tunnel. It is also my understanding (and experience) that the NHRA folks are aware of the situation and are remaining "flexible" in safety inspections.
