Anyone who has bought property (especially commercial) knows that there is no way these tracks were purchased that fast. The press release IHRA put out is misleading for sure. A few sentences clearly give an indication that the purchase of 7 tracks is actively happening, then towards the bottom is says "agreed in principle to purchase". You can look up what that means legally, but again, the press release sure wants the reader to believe this is a done deal. Then today... MIR announces they are NOT sold, and is asking IHRA to correct the press release. Seven becomes six. https://goracemir.com/ Maybe the rest will happen? I don't know... Quote:

typical lHRA shytshow and it wouldn't surprise me that other tracks on that list, too aren't being purchased by the IHRA

Well I am in favor of bringing Sportsnats back to Las Vegas....BUt from what I have heard they have not purchased anything yet..Just letters of intent. Starting to sound like its the usual clown show..BUt time will tell
