We are out West in Nevada:

All Div7 races are under 300 for us on
easy Highways. Three are within 35 Miles.

Four National races: Two are 35 Miles / Two are about 250 Miles

That is the extent of our Stock/SS racing.

Also in Division 7, here, but we live in Central/Northern California.

Nationals:
Pomona (2) - 311 miles
Vegas (2) - approx 500 miles
Sonoma (1) - 107 miles

Divisionals:
Phoenix (Double) - approx 700 miles
Vegas (Double & Single) - approx 500 miles
Bakersfield (Double) - 200 miles

Closest out of division track to us is Woodburn, Oregon, which is 630 miles.

Ive always felt very fortunate to live were I do. Im in western WV, 40 miles from Kentucky so a lot of national and divisional tracks are close. Division 3 is the best for me but some div 1 & 2 are easy access. Back in the day when IHRA didnt have divisions and you had to run 16 races to chase points, living here really helped??

I live near Tampa FL. Orlando track is 130 miles. Gainesville is 150 miles. SGMP is about 230 miles. Rockingham is about 600 miles. Out of division No Problem 750 miles Virginia is 750 miles. Bowling green is 770 miles. Supposedly we are supposed to get divisional in Darlington this year that is 550 miles. We lost Atlanta for national and divisional race here in D2. That was 550 miles. Also lost Reynolds at 450 miles and Galot at 600 miles. SGMP and the "Rock" are doubles this year. Just checked and Darlington is now officially on our schedule.

From Houston Texas (1/4 mile) we have Evadale Raceway (non sanctioned) about 2 hours east of Houston, then we have Ennis about 3 hours north. Hennessey has a track west of Houston, but it is now a private track for Hennessey Performance. That it is!

From our place in Julian, NC to Piedmont Dragway is a ROUGH tow...... It's 1.1 miles driveway to gate!

Now from our place in So Fla it's a little bit more windshield time! LOL!!

Coming from Long Island, NY the biggest issue is crossing the bridges and dealing with traffic/tolls. Other than that debacle, 4 of the 6 LODRS tracks for us are all around 200-210miles for us. VMP is furthest 425mi, and New England is next at 300miles. Island Dragway (small bracket track in NJ) is only 107mi.

Living in NE corner of Nebraska we are:
280 from Earlville
285 from Topeka (now closed)
300 from Odessa
335 from Brainerd
400 from Great Bend (hopefully coming back)
500 from St Louis
630 from Denver (now closed)
30 miles from local 1/8 track
90 miles from local 1/4 mile track
Not to bad.
Really miss Topeka closing
