Missing Fremont St on Halloween sucks but the fun does go on till midnight or so if you can get finished early enough.

There are some real interesting "sights" on Fremont street. I can't imagine what it would be like on Halloween. Good luck tonight. Good luck tonight also to new daddy Jon Irving win it for the new baby.

Halloween on Fremont Street is wild. Tens of thousand of people in costumes (rather than just the beggars)

All the way down the strip too (not drag strip, LV Blvd) but that is more spread out.

I guess Stock and SS should be up very soon? Hope they don't make you wait to run after the really, really long Super Comp session. One year i watched Stock then before SS which ran two classes later I had time to go over to Shelby's and take an hour long tour, then another shop that was having a dyno day. Then drove over to the old Speedrome track to inspect it and still had more than an hour before SS.

By the way Rod, did you find any more about the history of that old dragstrip in Dunlap

They just had a fire in a funny car, so looks like it will be a while yet!
