Re: Patsy Hill
She has a big day planed for me doing laundry and UK basketball. As y'all can see she is recovering at a rapid rate.
We did get to watch out granddaughter play basketball on the High School team thanks to Chris getting our TV to accept a live stream of the game. We can't get the TV to live stream, but we are crazy enough to think we are going to race a EFI car this year. Talk about being a Dumbo! |

Re: Patsy Hill
Classic one Larry. Yes indeed getting older definitely requires a sense of humor. Suppose I could run an EFI car but then my 14 YO grandson would have to accompany to all the races.
Wishing Patsy to get better is proving as entertaining as your New Orleans train ride thread. Visiting family in Paducah and Mayfield next week if you need to borrow some smaller hands…

Re: Patsy Hill
Patsy is doing very well. She is getting back to her regular routine. Today she will have a driving test with yours truly in the passenger seat calling balls and strikes. I think she will do fine. We went to lunch yesterday and it her first time outside since leaving the hospital. She is going to be OK.

Re: Patsy Hill
This is, without a doubt, the best thread on here.
Prayers have been answered. Who said they don't work. Here is proof they do. God Bless you guys and may you have many years of fun together. Can't wait for the first road trip that you guys take. May God be with you as you travel this year and beyond.

Re: Patsy Hill
Hi Guys! This is Patsy. I just want to thank all of you for the prayers, cards, calls, texts and everything else since my little adventure! I am doing lots better now! 40 years of eating anything I wanted and no exercise finally caught up with me! But with a change of medicine, diet and activity, hopefully we will be back out there having fun again soon. I really hated missing Belle Rose since they have some of the best food in the country!! But I guess now it is grilled or boiled shrimp instead of fried for me!
Since we missed out on getting into the Gators by 60 seconds, we aren't going to the other races down south. Larry is not great about sitting in a campground for the week in between so I guess we will be sitting at home until Division 3 gets started back in April! So we will be back "Live" then! Again, thanks for the love!! Patsy |
