Excellent photos and thanks for posting. I can't help but notice the lack of spectators though. Was it just because the class that was being run (stock/SS) or has this event lost it's popularity with the fans?
For about 10 years, I had 10 -25 top row grandstand seats next to the tower but quit going due to the dangerous conditions of the stands. I saw several people hurt when stairs gave way or seats collapsed. I went right to management one year and they did nothing so I refused to return. The same grandstand was there for at least another 3 or 4 years. It was also a one lane track for most of the Pro classes and car count was marginal, although they would at least fill the fields. Times have changed but has anything improved.
