Re: Hey, Ed Wright!
Thanks Sammy! Jerry Dover used to come around and visit with Jeanie & I, at about every race. We really enjoyed him. I think you worked at his shop (Service Automotive?). He mentioned you a lot, always spoke very highly.
He had some really nice Oldsmobiles. Kinda ramble, don't I? lol

Re: Hey, Ed Wright!
that is the car i have been restoring it.they parked it before the rule change.it still has all the interior heater box windshield wiper motor.still has the old lakewood roll bar still has all the old stickers even has the old grace cup sticker.still has jerry jr's old div4 # on the window.jerry sr sold it to leroy charpentier in the 70's and sat in a mini storage till 2007 leroy died and his wife was a customer of mine. i tried to buy it for years but she would not sell.till one day sid's wife ran the mail route for mrs charpentier and she told me she was getting bankrupt letters so one day she called me and said she would sell the olds.so jerry jr was working for me at the time and he bought it. later he sold it to me.to keep it in the family.jerry jr is like my little brother we talk every day.
