JW ultra bell question?
hi fellas, thinking about running a powerglide in my 71 dart bracket car. when using the ultra bell, does the starter bolt as factory, in relation to the block and the headers? just want to make sure I don't buy a 600 dollar set of headers, only to find that the ultra bell has moved the starter in position to hit them. Engine is a small block chryser, thanks.

Re: JW ultra bell question?
Starter location and attachment is the same, you just may have to shim differently for correct flywheel engagement. Had this setup on my W2 powered chassis Avenger. In a low power heavy car though just be prepared for the car to ET slower but suspect you already know that.

I know it costs money, and money is tight right now, but figure out a way to get the case too. You will be glad you did.
