I talked to Ken Jr.last week.He says they went to Allentown Pa. to pick up the Jack Werst car.

Generally speaking, yes, nobody had ANY idea--they were just race cars. Still, those cars weren't cheap. If I bought one with my hard earned dollars, I most certainly wouldn't have modified mine into an altered wheelbase match racer. No way. And that's not 20/20 hindsight talking either.
