Tom Waters shield for 200R4 ?
Has anyone used this shield in a Buick Regal and if so how was the fit? I have an 87 Grand National and don't want to dent or modify the body. Thanks in advance for any input.

JW makes a Bell for the 200. Might be worth checking into it.

They told me they needed three inches of clearance on each side and we did not have that., your mileage may vary. Went with a CSR (which was hard to find) but had to beat the floorboard like a rented mule to get it in. Good luck! |

For what its worth I have the TWR shield in a 68-72 GM A-body on a metric 200. It touched the floor on the passengers side just a bit. All other places it is OK.

Thanks for the responses, I am going to email them again and then check for the 3 inches around the trans. I think a blanket will be the best for my car. There is no way I am beating the floors on an original paint car.

If you get a blanket you might check with Stroud Safety, they will make them custom if needed and they will recertify them. I don't know how common that is but I do now everyone does not do that.

Big thanks, most blankets are too big and hang down. I want a nice fit if I go this route.
