Went to Holbrook Racing Engines and picked up our new bullet... We saw some Factory X eye candy while we were there.

If I'm right, your head numbers need to be

D0OE-B 302/140

D1AE-CB 351C/240

Im not really shur what direction I wanna go or what would make the most sense? I also have a Jim Paquet C4 4800 stall converter.
PM on the way.

I would suggest building the 302 2 barrel.
Not because it's the best combination, but because it's the most economical way to get your feet wet in Class Racing and you can bracket race it all day long.
You will be able to get 400-500 passes on it with no issues.
Then decide after a season or two, what direction to go.
Ford 2 barrel, best guy is Brian Seaburg, #1 at Indy this year with a 302 2 barrel. Don't know if he does them for others.
Good luck with what ever you build .

Glad to see the progress on your project. Looks like you are making very good decisions on parts selection. Your car is like the one I ran back in 1973. YES, I know that was almost 50 years ago. Brings back some great memories and look forward to your results.

Well your using one of the best in Holbrook. Does not sound like it's going to be a normal 302 2V budget project.
Look forward to seeing the results.
Best if luck with it.
