Post MCR NHRA National Open S/SS Combo Preview

The final MCR race for racers to punch their ticket to the 2024 Race of Champions is on the horizon.

The NHRA Division 5 National Open S/SS combo presented by Patterson Elite at Tri State Raceway in Earlville Iowa is shaping up to be a great weekend of racing. Where else can you get two NHRA grade points, while racing for a guaranteed payout of $2k both days!

Additionally, Saturday following the final qualifying session, we will be drawing the winner of the PA2 weather station provided by Altronics ($450 value), along with certificates from Edelbrock Performance.

Check out our Facebook page for all of the details, and stay tuned to the Div 5 and TSR pages for any event updates.

Congratulations to Mike Lund who picked up the S/SS win on Saturday, and to Brett Speer on his Runner up.

Unfortunately due to the Sunday forecast, the Sunday event was called. Thanks you thr TSR and DIV 5 staff for getting the program in, even with weather and timing system delays!

The Race of Champions field is now set! The next stop on the MCR tour is June 28-30 at Rock Falls Raceway for the Badger Classic.
