Which tire works?
We are having trouble getting constant 60ft times with our Goodyear #2019 slicks. We have had the same luck at several differant tracks. Does anyone have any suggestions for a better tire in marginal conditions??? We are close to needing a new pair and have thought about a brand change if necessary. Any ideas????

Are those the 30x9 bias ply slicks?
I don't have my Goodyear sheet here in front of me..... "Despite the high cost of living, it remains popular" Dave Cook C375

I've found that you need to work with the compounds available to find the one(s) that work for you.
I use a D-4A compound radial slick which works well in hot conditions with a light burnout, but aren't too hard to work well with a big burnout on cold tracks. When track temp exceeds 120+, I do a rolling dragster style burnout with that compound. "Despite the high cost of living, it remains popular" Dave Cook C375
