Not normal. My first thought is you had some really bad (old) gas in the tank or completely wrong octane rating? What did you have and what VP did you change too?
If it's that good, I'll take a few gallons! NHRA #7494 SS/H 1970 AMC AMX 390 "Best Appearing" @ NHRA '06 Pacific Sports Nationals Arizona's BEST Realtor since '93 and I support racers! Property in AZ or moving here? I can help! Call me @ 602-418-9797 or e-mail JeffLeeAzRealty@Qwest.net |

Sean to pick up that much you have Ignition issues to work. You have energy to light the one fuel but not the other.
Ensure ignition has 14 Volts OHM check wires Research current coil Amp output - The new HVC coils are strong Platinum plugs seem to work very well in Low Comp. engines Run a stand alone heavy gauge wire direct to battery to toggle switch for ignition. Bypass factory key switch ( too much voltage drop ) At least 100 Amp Alt -- some cars pick up 2 tenths. Daran - Tina 2057 SS/MA 2050 K/SA
