State assets means, land, buildings, infrastructure and vehicles. And California has a lot of this.

And still the 5th largest economy in the world. The debt equates to about $22k for every people in the state. I personally couldn’t be is a happier place. In six months my home value has increased by 16%. California Veteran Programs are second to none. My wife is gamefully employed with one of the largest trade unions in the country. Can you say, “best life”.
