Re: Denver entries
Does anyone think that Indy is going to fill up to a full field of 128 cars? The cut off date is only 3 weeks away. In the past, the field was getting pretty full by now with guys that had 4 grade points or more.

Re: Denver entries
Casey as of now there is 25 in stock. I believe racers are tired of racing Wed and Thurs in front of 25 spectators. Saturday spectators continously ask when Stock and Super Stock are running? I reply we already did two days ago, they are not happy about it.

Re: Denver entries
As a spectator I quit attending National meets because the stock and superstock runs are strung over so many days, also because there is no Modified to watch but that is some other thread.
As a participant, as soon as I get my car finished I will only go to events where I can run for class and travel less than 500 miles one way.

Re: Denver entries
Also have to understand that no body from division 7 is going to slip over here because everyone is staying in Sonoma for the two divisional races. Its unfourtunate.

Re: Denver entries
That's correct; at 1:00 PM Pacific Time; agree with another thread that said you could run the BG Divisional for your first grade point and get in Indy with just that.

Re: Denver entries
I believe there may be some new cars in the staging lanes. 99% of people have to work Mon-Fri so Sat and Sunday is when you get bombarded by spectators. Funny thing is they normally walk right by the $100,000 2009 cars and will stand and stare at a $8000 P/SA, I think they believe HEY I CAN DO THAT!!!!

Hmmm....guess its all perspective (And not to Dig the Ford Guys, but it would seem the Challenger draws a bigger crowd ?, the only thing I can think is they dont know the difference between one mustang and another....? But the Challenger, well its not like there are a whole lot of them out there, then again, it could be the wrap
