Re: Live From Pomona World Finals
Thanks Floyd. First round today. Hopefully we can make another run or two tomorrow. If I don't win my round today its change clutch day. Get it freshened for next year. Lots of good first round match ups. Biondo and DeFrank will be a good one. And they have to be the second pair out! LOL. A few heads up. Poor Alan Messer can't seen to avoid a heads up as this is his second in two races.

...all part of the game that makes it what it is, and we still enjoy it, even when we're behind!

Re: Live From Pomona World Finals
Tough way for Jon to end the year (in stock at least)....fortunately, I've never had a heads-up run where I was at a distinct disadvantage but it's gotta be a bad feeling. Still beats towing all the way to Indy and not qualifying like many good racers did this year. Just no substitute for having a FAST car, glad NHRA made the new classes so at least it's not like bringing a knife to a gun fight as has happened so many times the last few years.

Re: Live From Pomona World Finals
Am I seeing things or is the math wrong on the Bushmaker/ Corda and Peterson/Keen races?

Re: Live From Pomona World Finals
Same thing with Peterson. He must have been dialed a 10.74.

Re: Live From Pomona World Finals
Going to be a late night. Lots of oil downs in fuel classes. Already canned SG for tonite. Anymore oil downs I'm sure superstock will be cancelled.
