Re: Throttle Limiters
That all sounds good until you hook it back up for class and dump at the 1000'! Now someone has new short times to review.....

Just a bracket race with qualifying on your index. No incentive to build fast combinations or work on your junk. Am I wrong? Robin

Re: Throttle Limiters
There's a pile of guys just waiting for Heads-Up runs and I'm one of them. Most are just quiet. They'll just show up and be ready when the opportunity presents itself. When I'm announcing I make those Heads-Up runs as exciting as any Top Fuel. I've seen the (few) people in the stands get into it when they realize what's going on. Most announcers they use now are lame IMO.
Not only is drag racing going away all of the old school people are gone. Wally, Bernie, Zimmerman, and the rest of caring guys, all gone, and all of the talented announcers, gone. Maybe two or three left. And the egotistical bunch currently in charge don't have enough respect to bring me in now. It's a "me, me, me" world now and it shows. All we can do is go out in style, racing our asses off, until they close them all down. |

Re: Throttle Limiters
You know it's heads-up racers like you that are ruining Stock Eliminator. What is that makes you think that years of hard work on a from-scratch BIW Mustang suddenly proves you worthy to even comment on here?
You know where to find me.....

Re: Throttle Limiters
That makes it worse. Your posts reek of favoritism!!
I don't know if I can find enough weight to get to G. Maybe they will let me tow a trailer?
