Default National Record Postings

How long does it usually take from when records are set to when they are posted and certificates are mailed? It’s been 3 months since the Dutch where a few records were set and nothing yet.

It took me 6 months to get my record certificate from the last record I set in Rockingham only to say J/A instead of J/SA . NHRA could care less about record holders. I was the first one on the tear down list at Indy last year when the place was full of racers that have never been looked at. I took the same car apart the previous year and makes no difference to them. I know I’m done wasting my time and money setting records. I have a great time racing with the CCRA and the NMCA.

We may be wrong about the .5 under the index for record minimums.
I just noticed the SS/BX and the SS/CX class Record Minimums are .6 under the Index as listed on NHRARACER.com
I also noticed there is no listing for SS/FM in Records or Index listings.
NHRARACER.com, the rule book on line is still listing SS/FM at 12.5 Lbs per Cu In.
I sure hope SS/FM is still a class.
I did notice one listed this year in Nitro Joe's stats.
Could this all just be a clerical error?
Lonnie & Pat??

I think there was an index change on /BX and /CX, the error was that the .5 minimum didn't get changed at the same time.

I called today and talked to tech department. They said they would get ahold of someone in Indy office and they will call me. Wait and see.

Same thing happened to us. My son set the D/SA record at the Indy Fall Classic in 2021. The record was posted on nhraracer.com pretty quickly but I had to make repeated calls to get the certificate processed, finally getting it right before the end of the year. Keep in mind that the records listed on nhra.com are not up to date, while those listed on nhraracer.com are.

They aren't on nhraracer.com. Three months and waiting.
