Re: Intelligent speculation needed
Does anyone follow his logic? 5k down & 10K later. Got the car in beginging of 98 & paid off in Feb04. Hmm,sounds like a good deal to me.works out to less than $140 a month with no interest but at the end he didn't quite make the payments because as he said he gave up a rare block & crank, virgin heads,cp pistons & new valves.I checked the CARS FOR SALE ads over here & just can't seem to find that kind of deal. But i'm the crazy one.
These posts are great as people are getting a good look at Bruce. To the world:STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. |

Re: Intelligent speculation needed
Sal,
Next time Phil needs a 428 check out Hemmings.com. He might be interested in something line this http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/...ix/461366.html a 1967 Pontiac Grand Prix with a 428 / 360 HP engine, 4-speed and 3.42 gears. Drive it home for $9600 asking price! Or if you want one with an automatic T-400 trans, how about this http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/...le/454879.html A '69 Bonneville with a 428 and a/c for $6350.00 Both are better deals as you could drive them home and are into them for less than $10K! |

Re: Intelligent speculation needed
Sam,Sal and Peter -
This has turned into something that I was not prepared for. I do not know all of the facts in this transaction, nor do I need to get involved. I was only posting on here to defend Peter as one of the greatest drivers that I know. I have the utmost respect for all of you and the Biondo name. Peter has helped me tremendously in my few years of racing, and it makes me mad when people start saying bad things about you and your family, because those are obviously people that do not know you all personally. I hope my postings in this matter has not offended you in any manner. If I had known what this was to turn into I would have never even posted on here, as it is not my nature to get involved with bashing of any sort. I have defended Peter in other threads when people accused him of cheating or other things of the sort. Jeremy Waibel Waibel Competition Driver of the K&N Camaro B/SA 2231 |

Re: Intelligent speculation needed
my experiences with bruce fulper...
met him on dales board he offered to bring an engine east for me from luneack... he did it no charge at all he asked me to wear his t-shirt in class photo ... i did it he was one of 20+ racers who said he was coming to U/SA shootout... built car and showed up with a rambler wagon !...(most other U/SA didnt even show up to race for $2000 class money !) he said he was coming to indy .. he did it (snuck into winning class), lost 1st round elims had a towing wreck on way home... he has done everything he told me he would and never lied to me... that is what i KNOW about bruce...but i admit it seems he's got a few enemies jack mccarthy

Re: Intelligent speculation needed
I like Jack, met Bruce on Dale's board. Then met him face to face at the first ('04) Cajun SportsNats. I always thought I was pretty good at judging character and after a week of racing, talking and partying with Bruce I came away with a good feeling about his character. Everyone has an ego, some large some not so large. It's obvious Bruce is proud of his accomplishments, as are we all, but because he tends to be more vocal than most, maybe he rubs some people the wrong way. Bruce the liar, cheat and thief, I did not and have not seen! I give him the benifit of doubt. Jim

Re: Intelligent speculation needed
Jim, I gotta agree. I've known Bruce for about 12 years and other than raggin on me on the mike when he's announcing, he's always been straight forward and honest with me.

Re: Intelligent speculation needed
Ed, Will Rogers said "I never met a man I didn't like". Only you Ed, would say "I never met a con-man I didn't like". That speaks volumes about your character. I guess it takes one to know one huh Ed. Unfortunately you are what you are Ed, a miserable, sad little man, and that will never change either. Have a great night!
