Let's just say it was a coordinated effort.
You know, I never made much money on our S/SS races, but I did make many good friends.

I'll try to report some from Tucson, but expect to be quite busy.
I have it from a good source that the #2 qualifier will be coming apart.

Thumbs up Re: Nat'l Entries

Congrats on your entry from me as well Mark and Alex...I'm not overly surprised the opportunity to get you in materialized, but now I wish the Hawk Bros. could've gotten in too, since this is their home national event as well. See ya'll next week!

Gary,

We weren't trying to get in.. I'm sure we could have if we had wanted to. We had the car apart until last night and had a couple other cars apart as well. We are in wait and see mode. Want to test a few things and the National is just too expensive to take an untested car to. Especially since we have to enter so far in advance. The car will be at the open this weekend, and we are weighing our options on the Divisional. We will see how it runs. Still have a few changes to make, but didn't want to do them all at once.

Also, with school and working at the university it's pretty hard to schedule racing at multi-day events into my life.

May be a surprise waiting for everyone at the Open this weekend if everything goes well the next 2 nights.

Well good luck with getting all of that worked out Brad, and I hope Tucson has a good turnout for their Nat. Open race. I'm also glad you are keeping yourself focused on your studies, as you'll have plenty of time for racing afterwards! Hopefully all will be good for the divisional....
