Radial walk
My car has started to do the radial tire dance in shutdown. It got severe at Fontana.
Nothing is new on the car and it has never done this before. Still works great everywhere else on the track. Any Ideas? |

Re: Radial walk
When my car had the same symptoms a few years ago, it was caused by the corner weights being off. The front left corner was too heavy. When letting out of the throttle in shutdown, too much weight was shifting to that corner and unsettling the car. Tom Goldman scaled the car for me and got the corner weights right. It hasn't radial wobbled on top end since.

Re: Radial walk
I had that problem. The rear shocks were bad.
Good luck with the fix! |
