Default Question about pinned wheels

Looking at a set of Weld Pro Star wheels for sale that have been drilled front/rear for bead screws. Will there be issues with leaking air using them without screws with new tires?

I would say no. The new tires will seal the screw holes.

I have seen it happen if they are drilled to close to the bead. Just fill the hole with epoxy from the back side before you mount the tires. My rears are drilled and I never have had an issue.

As posted above, leaking is possible depending on the hole location. I once filled a set of drilled wheels with JB Weld. Used masking tape over the inside of hole, carefully filled holes, let set overnight, re-installed tires.

Worked for years with no problem.

Probably a good move if they aren't a real cheap price.
