Re: Live from INDY 2016
Didn't see the entry list but it sure looks like Tony Hernandez's car from the Denver area. Nice fast car and a great family to be around.

Re: Live from INDY 2016
In post #34 picture #6 there is a 72 Comet. That car belongs to my buddy Brian Seaburg. Be sure to say Hi to him and if Brian Thompson is with him so Hi to him also. Very good racers and fun guys to talk with. Both are from here in Division 6 and both bleed Ford blue. The Comet looks very unassuming, but runs well.

Re: Live from INDY 2016
More random shots from today. We just had some heavy showers move through. Tomorrow there is a 50% chance of showers, but the rest of the week looks great. The only interesting thing besides many teams working on there cars, was most of the blower cars were sealed in tech today.
First two photos are Chris Holbrook's new 2016 Cobra Jet. |

Interesting... Sealing the engine before the race. Is this something new for NHRA ? Or...is it just a Factory Stock Showdown thing ?

Re: Live from INDY 2016
Just came in from eating some good KY farm raised deer stew that Jimmy Hidalgo cooked! The meat was from our farm and the way Jimmy cooks it, you would think it was beef stew. Yum, yum!! Thanks, Jimmy, it sure was good!
