Here's one that should bolt right in your car Brent with no mods... http://www.ebay.com/itm/271450398612...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Thanks Rich... that looks like a decent piece... i wonder if anyone on this forum is runnin' one? Being a 2 row, it should be lighter than my 4 row, especially when the amount of coolant is figured in...

Northern Radiator has a fairly large selection of aluminum radiators, and they can be bought with fan shrouds, electric fans, relays, and complete kits with all of the above in one tidy package. I've used their stuff before, and it is quality stuff.

Be aware that for aluminum radiators, at least most of the performance versions, the tubes are 50%-100% larger than those in copper brass radiators. So a two row aluminum radiator may have two rows of 1" or 1-1/2" tubes, where a relatively equivalent four row copper/brass radiator would have four rows of 3/4" tubes. The aluminum radiator will cool more efficiently.

Many of the cheapy ebay two row radiators have only two rows of 3/4" dia. tubes....that's why they are so inexpensive. And many of the ebay radiators advertised as 'three row' or 'four row' have one or two 5/8" tubes and two 3/4" tubes.

Not saying that these won't work, just make sure you know what you're getting. -Al

My thoughts were only to price, weight and intended purpose. No more than these are run as long as they don't leak I figure I'm golden. If this were for a street driven car I probably would not have gone the ebay route.

I don't think many, if any, Stock Eliminator or Super Stock cars need a dual or triple pass radiator.

Most can use a direct fit that is a drop in or near drop in replacement for the OE piece, or at most, the big block version.
