"Fushion" Adhesive
Does anyone know of a direct replacement for the sleeve and guide adhesive, sold by K-Line, under the name "Fushion"?
I've contacted K-Line and they said they had to place a huge order to get it. They have no intent on ever ordering a huge batch again. This adhesive was unique in that it had excellent bond with excellent heat transfer. It's use required a clearance of roughly .002" between parts, rather than a press fit like current adhesives do. It also transferred heat, not blocked heat like current adhesives do. Rumors have it that it was made by Loctite, but I've contacted Loctite (by email), and they know nothing about it. I'm sure it was a proprietary item.

Re: "Fushion" Adhesive
I remember seeing that at the PRI show a bunch of years ago. I thought it was someone else though, not K-line. It was an entire product line with sleeves etc. I think they would put the stuff on with a small paint roller.
Might have to look through some older PRI buyers guides and see if there is any mention of it.

Re: "Fushion" Adhesive
Fusion was a product that K-Line did offer for a while. It was a system that K-Line bought from another company, not developed by K-Line. It was a great product if all the steps were followed. It is something they haven't had in at least 11 years. The actual Fusion adhesive was packaged by Loctite, but was proprietary to K-Line.
