That car may need wheelie bars/bar.If so the bottom half of the tank may not allow it.As of a few years ago NHRA required straps on the fuel cell,don't know if the rule is being enforced...gsa612

Straps are only required on plastic tanks, along with ground wire to filler cap mount. As long as a proper firewall is installed I don’t see anything wrong with it. In fact it is pretty sanitary!
