Fire Jacket/Pants
Time to upgrade to multi layered jacket/pants. I notice there are a lot of different manufacturers with a wide range in pricing. Any thoughts or recommendations?
Thanks!

Re: Fire Jacket/Pants
I bought the Sparco Pro SFI-5 jacket/pants from Biondo Racing and love them. So much more comfortable and seem to breath better than my old Stroud jacket/pants.

Re: Fire Jacket/Pants
I won a Summit Racing jacket at a race a few years ago. I think they are made by G force. I never wore it because it has the summit logos all over it. Then this year I wanted separate stuff for my bracket car and my stocker. So I started using it. It is the most comfortable and softest material firesuit Jacket that I have ever owned. Its not all itchy and scratchy like a lot of them are.

I like the G Force stuff. Good product at a decent price. I have jacket pants and boots. Also my seat belts are G Force.

Re: Fire Jacket/Pants
Mike, Biondo Racing has the sparco "jade" jacket and pants. 3.2a/5, that is what I have and it fits really good. Reasonably priced and Biondo gives an NHRA member discount in the shopping cart

Re: Fire Jacket/Pants
I have the sparco 32a5 pants from Biondo. they have been the best brand in terms of fit and wear quality. worth a look. i have had several different brands and these have held up the best.
th second best (and i dont know if they still make them) were pyrotect kevlar two layer 32a5 jacket and pants.
