I am looking for a shop on the east coast that does acid dipping or as some people refer to it as chemical milling. Does anyone know of such places anymore?

Not on the east coast, but they are good. Know firsthand that a professional and large race operation send parts down there regularly, from Michigan.

There is a place that does it in Martinsville Va. I can’t remember the name of the place. Let me ask around and see if any of my buddies remember. We used them when I worked on a NASCAR team.

Most plating companies do acid cleaning on anything that is getting plated. May be worth a phone call. BP
