Default spark plug wires

what is good to use to clean oil and grime off spark plug wires and make them look new again ? I have tried different things and none work very well.

wax and grease remover, prepsol, even wd 40.
you could use laquer thinner, but you will loose any markings on the wires.

Non gritty hard cleaner, like GO-JO also works well.

WD40 or CRC and a clean cotton rag or towel. Then spray them with silicone. They will be like new. Jim

X3 on the GoJo

That is how I used to clean my WHITE Belden wires back in the mid seventies.

I bet Dick Butler can tell you about White Belden wires from then. LOL
