Michael, if we have some odds and ends to sell, should we bring them? Is there going to be a swap area?

We do not have a swap meet area. I'm fine with someone who has a set of tires or a carb & intake they want to have at their trailer for sale -- just no full-out garage clearance sales, please. Vendors can contact me for fees and space reservation at beard@looserocker.com.

Wink Re: Auto Meter Northern Class Nationals Q&A

3 of us flying out of Seattle, Thursday morning of the 1st. I'd like to say we'll be there in time to see a little bit of T&T , but the dang plane won't go as the crow flies, and since we're just along for the ride,, it looks like we have to go through Dallas/Fort Worth before continuing on to Columbus,, go figure. Hey wait,,, which rental car has better chance , a Camaro, Challenger, or Mustang,, aw,never mind,, they're all V-6 cars anyway. Looking forward to shaking your hand Michael when I meet you,, as should others, I reckon it might get a little sore before the weekend is over.
See you all there. Safe travels to everyone.

With a little more research, you might find even more!
Which are on the list for Pure Stock?

Decals.

Assuming the contingency sponsors would want their decal displayed, correct? Have any of them sent you a supply to make available to the racers in need? We did have piles and piles of them in 01 if you recall.

Yeah, Myron,,, I saw those, they're getting spendy now. That's all I need, to take a car I've never driven, and try to run it at the biggest race of this decade and hope to do well. I know crazy things have been done before, but I'm thinking I'll just enjoy the sights and sounds and of course,, the people at this event. I hope you'll be there.

Back in '01, there were piles and piles of them available at Divisional races as well. Likely due to the expense, that went away many years ago. Many sponsors send you decals when you order their product. Sponsors would like their decals on the cars all the time, not just one day out of the year.

Some sponsors will be on-hand, so you may be able to get them direct. T&D Rockers did send a supply of decals, and Ultimate Converter is sending decals. If you're missing others, contact the company, and they may be able to send you some.

You are correct that "contingency" works the same way it always has, requiring decal display and product use, and decals MUST be on the car prior to first round of Eliminations -- no slapping decals in the finals. While we do have a number of non-contingent sponsors that are "donating to the cause", there are some sponsors that have denoted "decal only" was good enough. See flyer for details.
