Default Stocker two-step

Those of you using a foot brake pedal mounted button for your 2-step, what button seems to be the best and how do you like the setup versus stalling against the converter?

Thanks for your input. Some good stuff to think about, but I need button suggestions and comparisons to stalling against the converter.
