Default Transmission filter

I am sorry... I have done a search and can not find a discussion on this subject...
What is the preferred filter, for a T-400 with a trans brake?

I prefer the brass screen hi flow filter. Usually found only at a transmission parts store.

Wix #58890 used to be brass material. Check to make sure they are still brass. -Al

The filter is Wix. They made a change and went from Brass to Stainless Steel media.

Look at the very bottom here for something we put out a year ago

http://www.atiracing.com/products/re...rebuildkit.htm

But a 403600 is a service kit - filter and gasket and o-ring.

The filter alone is a 403560 - and listed as Brass if that helps.
