I recently bought an old Allen Patterson ss/gti class car that Ron Goodell built , just wondering what anybody can tell me about Mr Ron Goodell ? I know he’s passed on , had a fab shop . That about it. Any info would be nice. Thx

Ron was a very good fabricator and race car builder, he did work for me on several occasions and his work was top notch.
I know of the car in question and it was built in 1983 ? one of the first GT cars, he also built several other fast GT style cars for Lloyd Bray, myself and others. Unless your car has been modified from original set up it should be a good piece. Call Alan and ask him, know hes a busy guy but knows the car. R J |

I owned a 67 Camaro back half super stock legal car for several years built by Ron Goodell. It was built strong, made thousands of passes running 2 classes and never tweaked anything. Best racecar I ever owned. Sold it to a young man in Selma NC it races at Galot regularly now.
