Default Stock Eliminator Rods

How many runs do you normally put on a set of H beam rods before changing them out?

A bunch.....I run aftermarket rods and
have some shortblocks in my bracket car
that the rods have 10 Seasons and 1000
passes.

I check bearings and do a valve job around
250 to 300 runs
I run Race Rings in a lot of my cars (Gregg Luneauk)
from TriCity Performance = I ran 1000+ passes on them
and they still leaked down pretty decent!
Currently 400 plus in my O/SA Aspen Wagon on Rings
and probably 800 on the Rods or more!

Your Mileage may vary!!

During a refresh, check the big end and small end dimensions and if replace the bolts every 4 engine refresh.
